Min-y-Don 2020 Day 1

Date: 24th Feb 2020 @ 10:58pm

Day 1 -

After a good journey, we arrived safely and it WASN'T raining! We ate our lunch and, after a fire drill, went for a tour of the fabulous site. It was then time for our first activities - canoeing, zip-wiring and high roping. We ALL had great fun. Some of us climbed higher than ever and did a trapeze jump, some of us went faster than we ever imagined on the zip wire and those of us that went canoeing loved it. Particularly the splashing and running in the water at the end - teachers included.

The children are now all in bed and the chattering is slowly getting quieter. We are looking forward to some exciting activities tomorrow.
